To change DSX Day/Night greetings remotely:
1 - Dial your main number, when Voice Mail answers press #300
2 - Dial 72
3 - Dial 4 for instruction menu
4 - Dial Mailbox number (usually 001 or 801 for day greeeting)
5 - Listen to prompts to record or change greetings
On-Site from Ext 300:
1 - From Ext 300 press the V-Mail key
2 - When Voice Mail answers Dial 72
4 - Dial 4 for instuction menu
5 - Dial Mailbox number (usually 001 or 801 for day greeting)
6 - Listen to prompts to record or change greetings
To Check you DSX VM remotely:
(Only applies if you have a dedicated line that rings your ext)
- Dial your number, when VM answers press #
- You will hear the auto att message
- Press # and your ext number

Partner Voice Mail Greeting Change:
To Change your Main greeting perform the following steps:
1. Touch your telephone button labeled Voice mail or Dial
Intercom 777
2. Press 99 then #
3. Enter password 1,2,3,4 then #
4. Press 9
5. Press 3 for Auto Attendant option
6. Press 1 for the Day greeting, or Press 2 to change the Night
Time greeting.
7. Press 6 to modify the greeting.
8. Press *, then # to skip changing the selector code options.
9. Press 1 record new greeting.
10. Press 1 at the end of your greeting.
Press * , then # to approve your new greeting
Press 23 to playback
Press 21 to re-record
Press * D to delete and Press 1 to re-record.
If you are happy with your new greeting, press *, then # again.
Hang up when you are finished.
To get your messages or change your greeting remotely,
press * D after you hear your main greeting.
